Bermuda “Chef of the Year” and Escoffier Cup winner, Steve has been an executive chef for over 35 years in England, Bermuda and here in the Okanagan at Quails’ Gate Winery in 2006. Steve has been conducting cooking demonstrations for 31 years. His passion for food and wine has taken him to the next step – opening his Demonstration Kitchen at A View of the Lake Bed & Breakfast in 2007.

Each tailor made dinner demonstration starts with canapés, sparkling wine and then continues in the ultra modern 550 square foot kitchen with four courses enhanced with local wine. An eclectic combination of international flavours reflects Steve’s diverse culinary background gained from his global traveling.
